In this album, Ji Eun Jung plays the modern 25 string Korean Kayagum with Sung Min Jeon playing acoustic guitar. They play solos and duets with well known Western hymns,Korean traditional music and their own compositions. They try to build a BRIDGE between East and West.

Ji Eun and Sung Min have re-arranged the well known hymns 'Amazing Grace' and 'Thy Faithfulness'

3. 'Heart for the People'
'Heart for the People' is Ji Eun's own composition. As known widely, her home country Korea has been divided as North and South for more than 50 years. Apart from all the various issues,she believes the most important is the love for the people who are suffering.

4. 'Home'
Sung Min's composition 'Home' takes you to your home town, and all those scenery and memories left there.

5. 'Your Theme'
In Ji Eun's composition 'Your Theme', she intends listeners to let their feelings roam freely inspired by the emotion of the music.

6. 'Dokdo'
Sung Min's composition 'Dokdo' was inspired by Dokdo, the island of the Korean coast in the East Sea. It literally means 'Solitary Island' in Korean.It's a small but beautiful island. A neighboring country has been trying to claim ownership of the island throughout history, but has never won acceptance. So Dokdo is special and means a lot to Koreans. It's in every Korean's heart.

7. 'Thinking of You'
Sung Min composed 'Thinking of You' inspired by one rainy day when he thought of someone he loves

8. 'Arirang'
'Arirang', is the most representative Korean traditional folk song. 'Arirang' is an ancient native Korean word. 'Ari' means 'beautiful' and 'rang' can mean 'dear'. In this arrangement, Ji Eun Jung plays both kayagum and keyboard.
