In this album, Ji Eun Jung plays 'Sanjo', a Korean traditional piece for the traditional 12 string kayagum, and Korean traditional folk songs and her own compositions with the modern 25 string kayagum. In particular, she composed and arranged 'Market day', 'The field', and 'People of the Sea' inspired by the photos taken by her father, Mr. Jung Hoi Jung, a professional photographer. His photos show scenes of Korea in 1970s and are included in the insert to this album.

2. Market Day (À峯)
This is Ji Eun's own composition inspired
by her father's photo 'Market Day'. Traditional market days were the most exciting
scenes in days of old.
They were open markets happening on certain days where anyone
could come and sell and buy anything. Also various food stalls and street entertainers
would come together. People enjoyed the market days as a form of festival, and
it was always an exciting occasion for young children. This piece starts with
the scene of the people walking toward the market with
their goods,animals
and children.

3.
People of the Sea (¹Ù´ÙÀÇ »ç¶÷µé)
This piece is based on a Korean traditional boating
song which was arranged by Ji Eun and embellished with her own composition inspired
by her father's photo 'People of the Sea'. It shows the scenery of the seaside
with fishing boats and fishermen. In this piece, the kayagum is joined by the
daegum(´ë±Ý) - a traditional Korean bamboo flute.

4.
The Field (µé³è) - Arirang (¾Æ¸®¶û)
Ji Eun arranged 'Arirang' inspired by her
father's photo 'The Field' showing a beautiful scene of the Korean countryside.
'Arirang' the most representative Korean traditional folk song.'Arirang' is
an ancient native Korean word. 'Ari' means 'beautiful' and 'rang' can mean 'dear'.
A coustic guitar joins the kayagum in this piece.

5.
Heart for the People (±×µéÀ» À§ÇÑ ¸¶À½)
This is Ji Eun's own composition. As is well known,
her home country Korea has been divided into North and South for more than 50
years.
In the face of such geographical and ideological division, she believes the
most important thing is to continue to love the people who are suffering. So
this composition is called 'Heart for the people'.

6. The Narrow Way (Á¼Àº ±æ)
'The Narrow Way' is Ji Eun's own composition and
words. There are many ways in our life, but she believes that the true way of
life is narrow.
[Lyrics]
Where should I go, where am I going? I lost my way with my heart being empty.
Where should I go, where am I going? Lead me to the narrow way where true peace
and true love are.
To the way of life, I will follow the way, the only narrow way.
The narrow way which lightens my soul.
7.
New Arirang (½Å ¾Æ¸®¶û)
Ji Eun arranged 'Arirang' into a modern style.
In this piece, she tries to harmonize East and West.
